Frequently asked questions
What are credits?
Every AI action costs credits — writing the story, animating a scene, narration, quizzes, worksheets and games. Your plan refills credits each month and you can always see the cost before generating.
A generation failed. Did I lose my credits?
Failed generations are recorded in your usage history and completed scenes are never deleted. Use the Retry button on the scene; only successful work counts against your monthly total.
Can I make stories in Arabic?
Yes. Choose العربية when creating a story and the script, dialogue, narration, subtitles, quizzes and worksheets are all generated in Arabic with right-to-left layout.
How do students open a story?
Open a story, turn on the student link in the Resource pack tab and share the link. Students only see the story, game and quiz — no account needed.
Who can see my stories?
Stories are private by default. A student link makes them shared, and publishing puts them in the public gallery. You can turn either off at any time.
How do I upgrade?
Compare plans on the pricing page. Billing is being connected — until then, contact us and we will raise your monthly credits.
